4. Clothing Budget & Purchases

  • You may set a budget for shopping purposes. We will work within this amount to source recommendations or products on your behalf.

  • In some cases, we may make purchases on your behalf only after your approval.

  • The Daily Dresser does not hold inventory and is not responsible for the fulfilment, delays, or stock availability of third-party retailers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We aim to shop from stores with fair return policies.

  • Returns are subject to the return terms of the specific retailer, not The Daily Dresser.

  • We will provide support and guidance for returns when possible, but we are not liable for outcomes.

  • Our service fees remain non-refundable even if products are returned.

6. Cancellations

  • Services may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund.

  • Once your intake form is submitted and shopping has begun, cancellations may incur a partial or full fee.

  • Subscription plans (if applicable) may be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
